Job summary

US Heart and Vascular is seeking a Remote Human Resource Generalist to join their HR team. The role supports onboarding, employee relations, and HR data management from a Nashville area base, requiring strong MS Excel and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities include advising associates, maintaining HR processes, and collaborating with payroll, recruiting, and leadership to ensure policy compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise associates on a wide range of HR matters.
• Lead onboarding program for USHV.
• Manage employee relations to maintain positive relationships and high commitment.
• Interact effectively across departments and individuals.
• Support associates in handling disciplinary matters and mediation where appropriate.
• Escalate HR risks to Regional HR Business Partner.
• Monitor turnover, unemployment, recruiting, and Workers' Compensation metrics.
• Handle HR-related projects and reporting.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following safety protocols.
