Job summary

Pennant is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support in a remote work environment. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, compliance, leave administration, performance management, payroll support, and HR records, with escalation to the HR Manager as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, including Workday or similar HRIS experience. Travel to agency locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Three+ years of HR generalist or equivalent experience.
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and leave processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine employee and manager questions regarding policies, practices, and HR processes.
• Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, corrective action, and performance documentation under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Coordinate onboarding, status changes, transfers, and employee separations.
• Assist with leave-of-absence and accommodation processes and maintain related documentation.
• Support payroll coordination with the Pennant Payroll department.
