Cube Care, a leading US-based company, seeks a results-driven HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and policy compliance. You will partner with managers to support employee relations and drive engagement.

The role emphasizes learning & development, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives within a remote-friendly, permanent, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in US-owned, shared service, or BPO with focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail, problem solving, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the complete employee life cycle.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs.
• Act as trusted partner to managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports and analytics for management decisions.
• Support development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs and process improvements.
• Assist in learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals and succession planning.
