Emtech, LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. You will promote Emtech’s values and help create a productive, compliant workplace aligned with our mission.

This remote-friendly role in the United States requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of HRIS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration.
• Understanding of Federal/State labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance issues and employee relations.
• Maintain compliant employee records and assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and carrier communications.
• Contribute to training, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide regular HR metrics reports to management.
