embecta is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support global HR processes from a fully remote home office in the United States. You will coordinate employee lifecycle activities, audits, and HR reporting while partnering with Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR Operations or HR shared services, 3+ years with HRIS (Workday), and strong Excel/data management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS/payroll ops or similar.
• 3+ years with Workday or other HRIS.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Global or multi-country HR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor HR requests and ensure timely assignment, tracking, and resolution.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and gather supporting documents.
• Support recurring/ad hoc HR reports and validate data.
• Coordinate day-to-day with external HR vendors, including invoices.
• Support monthly HR metrics and dashboard preparation.
• Assist relocation and immigration administration.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updates for HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
