Job summary

EPTA GROUP is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR function and implement defined strategies to enhance professional development within the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience in multinational contexts. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, training, reporting, and budget monitoring, with opportunities for remote work where possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience
• Management experience preferred in multinational context
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Support employee development plans and performance management.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with budget monitoring
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Control that training is carried out coherently to the defined service level
• Analysing employee administrative requests
