Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and upholds Emtech's mission, vision, and core values.
• Serve as HR point of contact for policies and performance issues.
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures align with current laws and values.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances.
• Partner with hiring managers for staffing needs and onboarding.
• Conduct benefits administration including enrollment and communications.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and HRIS maintenance.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records per laws and internal policy.
• Contribute to HR projects to boost engagement and retention.
• Provide regular reports to management using HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance across HR management.
