Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of HR experience, and familiarity with Workday HRIS, Office tools, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong data reporting and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Proactive and collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees, management and HR staff to promote positive labor relations.
• Support HRD/HRBPs with day-to-day HR tasks and regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports and communicate information to HR leadership.
• Identify and resolve workplace issues and fair resolution processes.
• Maintain HR records and keep up-to-date with trends and best practices.
