Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking an experienced HR Manager to deliver effective HR support across the organization, partnering with managers and employees to address day-to-day needs and ensure HR programs are executed well. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this hands-on role covers employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager‑level responsibilities
• Strong employee relations experience, including conducting and managing investigations
• Experience supporting performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees
• Experience supporting a multi‑location and/or multi‑state workforce

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to address day-to-day HR needs and employee relations.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations and coach managers through difficult situations.
• Coordinate payroll changes and ensure accurate processing with Payroll.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and follow-up.
• Facilitate HR-led training and manager development programs.
• Collaborate on staffing, onboarding, engagement, retention, and career development.
• Assist organizational changes and change management with Shared Services.
