Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Familiarity with South African labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and employment law.
• Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
