Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support, assist with regulatory compliance, and partner with HRBPs. The role emphasizes a high-performance culture, data reporting, and strong collaboration with operations.

You will work remotely with occasional on-site travel to client or corporate locations, contributing to employee relations and HR process improvements while supporting a wide range of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees, management and HR staff to promote positive employee relations.
• Support HRD/HRBPs with day-to-day management of employees and regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports for HR leadership and present data clearly.
• Identify and resolve work-related complaints and concerns.
• Maintain HR records and the Workday inbox; escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare statements and evidence for unemployment/discrimination claims.
