• Proven experience as HR Generalist.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to Project leadership.
• Provide human resources services including records management, AA/EEO compliance, and personnel transactions.
• Maintain HR records and employee files in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments while handling confidential information.
• Coach and consult on employee relations and performance management.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Conduct exit meetings and support project leadership as needed.
