GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations in Ontario, CA. This role handles employee records, recruitment onboarding, training coordination, and policy compliance, serving as a point of contact for staff.

The position emphasizes benefits communication, payroll readiness, and smooth onboarding with WinTeam data integrity, in a fully in-office setting. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years HR experience and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• 21 years of age or older as required by law or contractual requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards
• Tech-savvy with experience in proprietary and mass-market systems

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant records and guide candidates through the application process
• Oversee applicant tracking, interviewing, offers, and new-hire orientation
• Administer drug screens, fingerprinting, and background checks for conditional offers
• Schedule employee orientation and enroll in the Learning Management System
• Communicate benefits to new hires and during open enrollment
• Review training hours reports before payroll processing
• Maintain WinTeam data integrity and post-hire updates
• Coordinate safety, workers’ compensation programs and compliance reporting
• Assist walk-in applicants and employees and answer branch phones
