Job summary

iD Tech is seeking a positive, collaborative Human Resources Generalist to provide expert HR support across employee relations, benefits, policy implementation, and compliance. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and is fully remote.

You will partner with managers to address performance issues, lead engagement efforts, monitor evolving employment laws across states, administer leave programs, manage bi-annual performance reviews, and support recruiting while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with a PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with hands-on employee relations and leave administration.
• High emotional intelligence with coaching能力 for managers and employees.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws across multiple states.
• Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle private and confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations issues including performance management, performance improvement plans, investigations, etc.
• Oversee engagement programs, including employee surveys and activities to support culture.
• Monitor employment law developments and recommend operational changes to comply.
• Oversee benefits administration with brokers.
• Lead end-to-end bi-annual performance reviews and support recruiting as needed.
• Maintain and improve HR policies and internal process documentation.
