Job summary

Peaksware is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to run HR operations for a distributed workforce, spanning onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding. You will own employee records, drive HRIS accuracy, and support managers with policies and employee relations guidance.

The role emphasizes leave administration, multi-state compliance, and data-driven insights while partnering with the Director of People Operations to scale processes and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior generalist role.
• Experience managing multi-state leaves (FMLA, STD/LTD, WC; Colorado FAMLI preferred).
• Strong HRIS experience, data reporting and policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Administer performance management cycles through Lattice, ensuring successful execution and supporting managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee lifecycle processes and create scalable solutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
