Job summary

Appsierra Group seeks a Human Resources Expert for a remote, independent contractor role. You will create and evaluate realistic HR management scenarios used to train AI systems, applying HR judgment across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, onboarding, and compliance.

You’ll develop questions and case studies, review AI responses, and provide detailed feedback to ensure alignment with HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong HR experience across multiple HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic HR questions, case studies, and management scenarios to test practical HR judgment.
• Create challenges covering recruitment, interviewing, performance management, compensation, onboarding, and compliance.
• Evaluate AI-generated HR responses for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with HR best practices.
• Provide detailed written feedback on errors, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and technical specialists to refine scenarios and evaluation criteria.
