Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking Human Resources Experts to design and refine HR management challenges for training AI models. This remote, flexible role will craft scenarios that test recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, compensation planning, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with HR principles.

You will evaluate model responses, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with researchers and engineers to tune difficulty and educational value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality HR questions and case studies for AI model training across recruitment, interview techniques, performance evaluations, compensation, and onboarding.
• Evaluate model responses and provide detailed feedback ensuring HR best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to adjust content difficulty and maintain educational value.
