Appsierra Group is seeking a Human Resources Expert to design and evaluate realistic HR management scenarios used to train AI systems. This remote, contract role focuses on applying practical HR judgment across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, onboarding, and compliance.

You will create challenges, review AI-generated responses, and provide detailed feedback to improve accuracy and alignment with HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Human Resources.
• Strong analytical, communication, and HR judgment skills.
• Familiarity with HR functions including recruitment and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop realistic HR questions and scenarios to test practical HR judgment.
• Review AI-generated HR responses for accuracy and alignment with best practices.
• Provide detailed written feedback on errors, gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to refine scenarios and evaluation criteria.
