Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day-to-day compensation programs, onboarding, and HR operational workflows. You will lead people analytics reporting and ensure compliant pay practices across the organization in a remote environment.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, manage HR data integrity in the HRIS, and guide managers on compensation packages aligned with policy, while supporting mergers and acquisitions and government compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Specialist with onboarding/total rewards.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administration of compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers and actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data and compensation components.
• Provides guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are equitable and policy-aligned.
• Maintains onboarding modules and templates within systems, ensuring accuracy and government alignment.
• Oversees HRIS data integrity and consistency across sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance when necessary.
• Monitor compensation and reporting legislation and assess impact on policies.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee a library of job descriptions with version control.
• Support merger and acquisitions activities by overseeing data transfers.
