Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function with 20 hours per week, fully remote in IL and other states listed. You’ll handle day-to-day HR administration, benefits coordination, compliance, and employee records, partnering with HR Business Partners.

The role demands strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and requests and direct or escalate more complex matters to appropriate People team member.
• Provide administrative support for shared HR inboxes.
• Provide timely replies to employment verification requests.
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership.
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires.
