Job summary

GMG EnviroSafe is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support benefits, hiring, onboarding, and employee communications. The role offers remote work with travel to events across the United States and Canada, reporting to the HR Team.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and expert MS Office/Teams usage. Competitive salary with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work from home with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to report progress to leadership.
• Meticulous attention to detail; strong MS Office/Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HR functions including benefits and hiring.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal Fleet program activities (deliveries, transfers, documentation, GeoTab, Fleet liaison).
• Assist in planning corporate events and travel to events.
