Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a People Operations Compliance Manager to lead the HR compliance function, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local laws across the organization. The role provides strategic guidance on employment practices, policy administration, leave management, and workplace investigations while promoting legally compliant HR operations.

Applicants should have 7+ years in HR with compliance responsibilities and an advanced knowledge of employment laws, plus a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with compliance responsibilities.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
• Strong investigation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance programs and policy administration.
• Provide guidance on employment law, investigations, and leave management.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and records handling.
• Partner with HR leaders, legal, payroll, and benefits to ensure compliant programs.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and resources.
