Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking an HR Compliance Auditing Manager to develop and implement internal auditing programs ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance with employment regulations. The role is field-based (remote) with limited travel to St.

Louis or Boston offices, requiring collaboration across internal and external teams to address non-compliant practices. The candidate will monitor regulatory changes, analyze policies, and prepare reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Paralegal Studies, Finance or related field preferred.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience analyzing data and providing leadership with summaries for program decisions.
• Experience interpreting legislative and regulatory documents and requirements.
• Multi-jurisdictional HR compliance experience related to compensation, benefits, or employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal audit plans focused on compliance with employment-related regulations.
• Conduct, manage, and oversee internal audits.
• Analyze policies to identify risks and improve compliance.
• Collaborate with internal/external sources to ensure compliance across units.
• Recommend and implement changes to address non-compliant procedures.
• Maintain documentation of regulatory compliance processes and drive improvements.
• Develop communications related to compliance changes.
• Track violations and responses; report results to leaders.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices.
