Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Paralegal Studies, Finance or related field preferred.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience analyzing data and providing summaries to leaders.
• Experience interpreting legislative and legal documents and regulations.
• Multi-jurisdictional HR compliance experience in compensation and benefits.”
