The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic HR Compliance Analyst to advance our HR compliance governance program and foster a compliant, people-first workplace. This role partners across HR, Legal, and other functions to ensure regulatory requirements are assessed, implemented, and monitored.

We offer remote or hybrid work options and expect candidates to be based in the New England region with travel to Worcester as needed for meetings and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR, compliance, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advance HR compliance governance across HR functions.
• Identify, monitor, assess, and track compliance obligations.
• Support governance, risk management, and accountability practices.
• Prepare dashboards and reporting for HR leadership.
• Coordinate audits, governance activities, and regulatory reviews.
