Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking an Audit Data Analyst to support the Compliance Audit team through data collection, transformation, reporting, and audit activities. You will work closely with leaders and staff to turn audit data into meaningful insights that drive education and process improvement.

The role is full-time and benefit-eligible, with remote work available to Missouri residents; you will analyze data, communicate findings clearly, and support regulatory compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• At least two years of computer applications experience.
• Knowledge of data extraction from electronic health records and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Moderate understanding of statistical data application.
• Excellent speaking, writing and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of assigned audit projects and related compliance activities.
• Collect, transform, analyze, and report audit data to support meaningful outcomes and decision-making.
• Support documentation reviews, data analytics, audit monitoring, and identification of trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate audit findings, provide education, and support Process Improvement Plans.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain audit tools and data reporting/visualization resources.
• Monitor data for meaningful signals and trends and help translate findings into actionable insights.
• Maintain working knowledge of audit processes, regulatory requirements, EHR systems, and data extraction tools.
• Partner with department leadership and directors to support effective data management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
