Job summary

This role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce solutions, enhancing leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and long-term results.

You will drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development while guiding data-driven decisions that impact enterprise HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnership with senior leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform recommendations and decisions.
