Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $52.00/hr

*8+ years of HR analytics

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience in HR data analysis and compensation roles.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and Excel skills, including complex formulae, modeling, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and analytics software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent consulting and communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on various projects and support different teams.

Contract Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting complex HR data related to compensation and rewards, employing advanced analytics techniques, consulting with C-suite executives, aligning strategies with organizational goals, guiding various departments, developing data collection processes, and staying current with HR trends.
