Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Remote (must be located within the greater Tampa area)

The Community: AdventHealth Medical Group West FL

The Role: The Financial Analyst collaborates with administration and department directors to provide accurate, timely information. Responsibilities include research, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to management. Exercises independent judgment to develop financial recommendations and acts as a liaison on financial matters. Maintains respectful relationships and participates in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet deadlines for goals with accuracy and efficiency
• Interpret employment agreements to ensure correct payments to providers
• Support and communicate actionable financial information across the organization
• Focus on process improvements to enhance financial outcomes
• Provide training to colleagues as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with coursework in accounting and finance
• Experience as a Compensation Analyst
• Previous HR experience preferred

Preferred:

• One year of experience in finance or accounting
• Professional certifications such as CPA, AICPA, HFMA, CMA, CFP
