Job summary

Connectify HR is hiring a Human Resources & Client Experience Partner to lead client relationships and HR advisory services during implementation and ongoing support.

You will conduct HR audits, review policies, and develop HR systems while ensuring compliance and effective client communication. The role includes onboarding, benefits support, and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or 5–7 years of related experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP designation within one year of qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts HR audits for new clients to ensure compliance.
• Review client handbooks, policies, and job descriptions and create as needed.
• Provide HR consultation to clients' leadership and management teams.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns as needed.
• Assist clients with HR employee communications as needed.
• Develop HR systems, processes and tools for clients.
• Develop and deliver HR dashboards to clients quarterly.
• Manage HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance, and training.
