QXO is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support regional teams, driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This remote-capable role covers a U.S. footprint, with travel as needed.

The role partners with leadership on HR programs, guides investigations, performance management, and recruitment while collaborating with Legal on employment matters. This position offers growth and a path to strategic impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and discretion in confidential environments.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional leadership to implement HR programs, policies, and procedures across both union and non-union environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Manage and conduct internal HR investigations within the region and support resolution of employee concerns.
• Guide management through the performance management processes, including performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders within the region.
• Drive recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership on organizational changes such as promotions, restructures, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Legal on employment law matters and unemployment claims.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze and deliver HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and tools.
• Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence across regional locations.
• Support benefits administration and communicate benefits information to employees.
