Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to administer HR policies and programs across assigned sites. You will lead training, drive strategic initiatives, and build strong partnerships with field leaders while balancing administrative duties.

The role is based in Phoenix or Kansas City with a hybrid schedule (onsite Mon-Thu, remote Fri) and up to 25-30% travel. You will influence employee relations and implement programs that impact engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 3-5 years of HR experience in a sales, transportation, or equivalent environment.
• Experience in employee relations, policy and procedure administration, recruiting and staffing, HRIS and time-keeping systems.
• Experience with Microsoft O365.
• Monthly travel to business sites up to 25-30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sites and the HR team to ensure an open-door climate and excellent customer service.
• Manage employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Tactically execute HR policies and initiatives within the supported line of business.
• Assist managers and employees with day-to-day HR activities and compliance.
• Inform senior management and operations of HR developments that impact effectiveness.
• Develop and implement engagement and HR policy programs.
