Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Sr. Regional HR Business Partner to drive partnerships across HR, guiding regional leaders and associates.

You will coach leadership, resolve complex employee relations, and align HR strategies with business needs while supporting our Field Organization. This hybrid, remote role requires 50-75% travel across Midwest states, with duties including talent planning, onboarding of doctors and staff, and participation in HR cyclical processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an HR generalist or business partner
• HR experience in a retail setting preferred
• Ability to travel up to 2-3 days a week across multiple territories
• PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance and coaching to field leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Partner with regional leaders to develop proactive talent plans and manage budgets.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
• Coach leaders in talent management, engagement, and retention.
