Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Sr. Regional HR Business Partner to drive partnerships across the HR function, guiding regional leadership on people matters and aligning HR strategies with business needs.

This hybrid remote role involves 50-75% travel across Midwest states, with decisions based on proximity to Chicago, IL. You will support field organization, manage complex employee relations, develop proactive talent plans, and coach leaders on engagement, retention, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as HR generalist or business partner.
• HR experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 2-3 days a week across multiple territories.
• PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
• Effective change management.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Strong stakeholder management across departments to optimize information flow and customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on efficiency and improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance and coaching to field leaders and employees on HR matters, partnering with HR centers of excellence.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
• Partner with regional leaders to develop proactive talent plans within labor models and budgets.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
• Coach leaders on talent management, engagement and retention, including performance and disciplinary conversations.
• Support onboarding of doctors and field leaders; create onboarding and training plans.
• Assist integration of new practices across regions; ensure proper communication and onboarding.
• Participate in administration of leave of absence and accommodations with leaders and benefits.
• Review data to identify trends; present insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Travel within supported regions to support offices and field leaders.
• Assist with HR cyclical processes like open enrollment, training, performance reviews, merit increases, and goal setting.
