As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational performance. Your primary responsibilities will include providing strategic HR support to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and enhancing employee engagement and development.

You will be responsible for managing employee relations, addressing performance issues, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet its goals.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. You will also analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR practices.

Your role will involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing employee benefits programs, and facilitating effective communication between management and staff. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Qualifications include a strong background in human resources management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence and drive change within an organization. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant HR certifications.
