Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead talent discussions, design organizational structures, and use data to inform coaching conversations.

Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence and Employee Relations to ensure integrated HR support, drive change initiatives, and stay current on HR trends. This remote role requires up to 10% travel and stellar relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic capacity.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge business leaders effectively.
• Experience using HR data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with demonstrated ability to navigate complex people dynamics with empathy and clarity.
• Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Confident decision-maker with sound judgment and a bias for action and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity, coach leaders, and drive alignment.
• Growth mindset and proactive learner who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Ability to clear the required background check
• Incumbent must reside in Texas and have the ability to attend in-person meetings
• PHR certification and education experience are considered desirable qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent discussions, including succession planning, high-potential identification, and performance calibration.
• Partner with leadership to design organizational structures and team models aligned to business goals.
• Use data and insight to drive strategic recommendations and coaching conversations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence and Employee Relations to ensure integrated HR support.
• Support change initiatives, culture efforts, and manager capability-building.
• Stay current on HR trends, tools, and regulatory updates relevant to the business.
• Attend in-person meetings as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
