Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leadership and employees across multiple teams. This role will provide hands-on partnership in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR operations while ensuring compliance across the globe.

The position is 100% remote from select locations, with a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago, IL area. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Recruiting and cross-functional teams to shape workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRBP/HR generalist experience across multiple teams.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee relations, performance, and compensation.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• US employment law knowledge; international experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM/PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary HR partner to leaders and employees across multiple teams.
• Coach managers on performance, development and difficult conversations.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
• Coordinate terminations, offboarding, and final pay.
• Lead compensation analysis with Finance and leadership.
• Review offers and employment agreements; align with compensation strategy.
• Guide HR transactions: job changes, promotions, relocations, leaves.
• Partner with Legal on sensitive matters and contract language.
• Ensure compliance with US and international employment laws.
• Support HR processes, HRIS integrity, and data reporting.
• Assist headcount planning and budget tracking with Finance.
• Draft HR policies and scalable processes for consistency.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Assist in HR projects and cross-functional priorities.
