Tenstorrent Inc. is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to work directly with senior leaders across North America on org design, leveling, performance, and sensitive people matters. You will own problems from start to finish in a small HRBP team and help shape how the function scales as the company grows.

The role is remote and open to candidates across the United States and Canada. We welcome candidates at various experience levels; offers will align with the level determined during interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with VP-level leaders and supporting large orgs.
• Hands-on HRBP who has run investigations, calibration cycles, and sensitive exits.

Responsibilities

• Own complex people problems from start to finish and drive solutions.
• Guide leaders through growth, cross-org issues, and structural changes.
• Make fair org design, leveling, performance and promotion decisions.
