Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders across North America on people strategy, org design, and performance calibration. This remote role supports leaders through growth, with a focus on practical, data-driven decisions that shape the company’s people and culture.

The role requires hands-on experience with investigations, sensitive issues, and change management, as well as the ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Partnered with VP-level leaders to support growth and org design.
• Led investigations, calibration cycles, and sensitive exits oneself.
• Able to handle hard conversations and drive action with senior leaders.
• Curious about technical work and how it shapes people decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify underlying causes of people problems and fix missing roles, unowned handoffs, or unclear decision rights.
• Help leaders adapt ways of working as the company grows, crossing into other orgs.
• Make org design, leveling, performance, and promotion decisions that are fair and durable.
• Facilitate consensus among leaders to reach outcomes that benefit the broader team.
