Stord is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner across corporate teams, including R&D, and to act as a strategic advisor and hands‑on practitioner. You will lead employee relations, apply data‑driven insights, and collaborate with Legal and Talent partners to align people programs with business strategy.

You will split time between strategic partnership and hands‑on execution, helping scale the People function while supporting a distributed workforce across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting R&D, Product, or Engineering organizations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders up to VP level and build strategic partnerships.
• Analyze workforce, attrition, engagement, and performance data to guide decisions.
• Shape org design, workforce planning, and hiring plans across teams.
• Support R&D with career ladders, tech leadership, and offshore delivery considerations.
• Own employee relations investigations and coach managers through issues.
• Lead performance, calibration, and promotion cycles for your teams.
• Process HR transactions accurately in Workday and maintain data integrity.
• Support a distributed and international workforce (Canada and UK) as needed.
• Draft policies, manager guides, and FAQs to scale People operations.
