Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach/partner with people leaders on engagement and culture to improve retention and productivity.
• Provide guidance on performance management lifecycle including coaching and feedback.
• Advise on employee relations and policy interpretation to promote a productive work environment.
• Plan and analyze workforce needs and align workforce actions with business goals.
• Develop manager capability in talent management and design training resources.
