Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst for a remote contract role in the United States. You will support HR Operations with workforce reporting, data analysis, and insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

Responsibilities include developing reports, validating data, and ensuring data security, while partnering with HRIS and functional teams for solutions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and developing reports and dashboards for HR operations.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools and Excel, including advanced functions.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate reporting needs into reliable HR reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Validate data, reconcile HR data across processes, and support audits.
• Document report definitions, sources, and controls; monitor data quality.
• Collaborate with HRIS for system/configuration issues and security changes.
