Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations remotely. The role involves delivering workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

The analyst will ensure data quality, document report definitions, and collaborate with HRIS. Rate: $55–$65/hr for W2, with benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and delivering actionable reports and dashboards for HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into reliable reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, including calculated fields.
• Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
• Document definitions, data sources, and controls for reporting.
• Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration or troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution.
• Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics and present findings clearly.
• Support audits and respond to time-sensitive data requests.
