Prince William County's Department of Development Services seeks a talented Human Resources Analyst to join a collaborative public‑sector team focused on life, work, and play in our community.

You will assist with job requisitions in NEOGOV, interview coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration, while supporting data reporting and HR processes. This full‑time, telework-eligible role offers work‑life balance and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related HR experience.
• Public-sector or government HR experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
• Proficient with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant-tracking systems (Neogov).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creating and processing job requisitions in NEOGOV and posting vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and preparation of offers.
• Support new employee onboarding and related processes.
• Provide support for benefits programs, including elections and open enrollment.
• Provide information on leave options and procedures.
• Monitor and update HR information, records, and reports.
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, audits, and reconciliation of HR data.
• Help employees and managers navigate HR processes and requirements.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature as assigned.
