Job summary

Colliers is seeking a remote HR Advisor based in California to support dynamic teams and lead people-focused initiatives. You will coach leaders, resolve employee inquiries, and ensure proper documentation and timely follow-through.

This role requires collaboration with managers and the People Services team to align HR programs with business goals. You will partner with regional leadership on hiring, retention, engagement, and DEI, handling performance challenges and terminations while ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience supporting California region.
• Experience in a large multi-location matrixed organization is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with business leaders on people results like hiring and retention.
• Drive and deliver people strategies in collaboration with leaders.
• Resolve HR issues promptly and manage periods of high activity.
• Coach leaders on performance, employee relations, and terminations.
• Support annual bonus/merit cycles with regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams.
