Job summary

Colliers is seeking a skilled HR advisor to support dynamic teams and drive people-focused strategies from a remote role based in California. You will resolve employee inquiries, coach managers, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to enable hiring, retention, engagement, and DE&I initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience, a degree in HR, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of current HR-related federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative partnerships with business leaders on hiring, retention, engagement, and DE&I.
• Partner strategically to drive people strategies and goals.
• Facilitate resolution of HR issues promptly during peak periods.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and terminations.
