This remote position requires superb communication and attention to detail, with travel to client offices within a commutable distance. A four-year HR degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Follow documented guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables.
• Experience interpreting, advising, and implementing policies.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation.
• Employee relations expert with consulting skills for clients.
• Solid HR background across industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and consultancy service on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
• Collaboratively create holistic HR solutions.
• Develop, interpret, and evaluate employee guidelines and policies.
• Investigate client inquiries and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with employee relations queries, coaching, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager to ensure timely issue escalation and resolution.
• Plan and conduct HR assessments and present findings and recommendations.
• Lead HR projects to successful completion and prioritize accordingly.
• Contribute to job descriptions supporting pay equity decisions.
