Job summary

Remote is seeking an HR Advisor/Business Partner to manage global employee offboarding and HR matters. You will guide clients on terminations, resignations and transfers, ensuring legal compliance across jurisdictions.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and data privacy skills in a fully remote, async environment. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including Legal and Payroll, to ensure accurate records and smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance to clients on HR matters including termination, resignations and transfers.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees to discuss terminations and settlements, ensuring compliant outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure offboarding compliance and audits.
• Draft and administer termination-related documents with attention to privacy and accuracy.
