Job summary

Company 3 in the US is seeking a Manager, HR Administration to oversee all US HR administrative functions, ensure policy compliance, immigration support, and accurate employee records. You will lead the HR Administration team and partner with the Sr. HR Director, US to deliver a seamless employee experience for US Studios.

This is a remote role with occasional onsite responsibilities, reporting to the Sr. HR Director, US.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR administration teams.
• Strong data integrity and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US HR Administration functions and data integrity.
• Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and exits.
• Lead HR Admin processes across HR stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Finance).
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with policies.
