Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Housing Support Specialist to coordinate lease extensions and ongoing housing support for displaced policyholders. This fast-paced, client-focused role requires empathetic customer service and precise lease management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with adjusters, landlords, and vendors, monitoring expirations, and maintaining accurate records. Remote telecommuting available with EST schedule and strong teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service or account management.
• Experience in insurance, temporary housing, property management or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage lease extensions and housing support for displaced policyholders.
• Serve as primary contact for adjusters and landlords during relocations.
• Monitor lease expirations and prevent service interruptions.
• Document communication and actions in internal systems with accuracy.
